Lighthouse Tip:
This is a super adaptable base meal—add whatever extras your family loves.
If you purchased the $20 Meat Pack Add-On, here’s how to level it up:
- Chicken Fillets: Bake or pan-fry and slice on top for a full meal.
- Beef Mince: Cook in the pan before the veggies to create a sweet, sticky beef stir-fry.
- Chicken Sausages: Slice and fry until golden, then mix through the noodles.
- Diced Ham: Add in Step 3 for a smoky hit that balances the sweet sauces.
Pro tip: Leftovers reheat well for lunches!
